The big ones are Boucheron, Malice Domestic, Maui Writer's Convention (although not geared to just mystery), Whidby Island Writer's Conference (Washington State), Sleuthfest (Florida), Bloody Words (Ontario, Canada), Cape Fear Crime Festival (North Carolina), Deadly Ink (New Jersey), Key West Writer's Workshop (Florida--not just mystery), New England Crimebake (Massachusetts), and Mystery Writer's of America, and SinC chapters all have local, usually one-day conferences--look in the ShawGuides [link below] for individual listings.
